I am an IT professional. I host meetings with people all over the world. WebEx was one problem after another. It did work a few times then deteriorated after they claimed to do a large upgrade to the system. Technical support was extremely inconsistent and incompetent. I attempted to call top level support and was treated very rudely and unprofessionally. WebEx does not work with Mac Computers. WEbEx= Bad Service, Bad Usability, Bad Support.
